The first week's lab assignments were all about kitchen safety, knife cuts and heat control, Every week, pur lab assignments have a list of required photos, including our mise en places. Lab assignments are only a part of the learning experience, but it is a large part of it. my blog will ponly focus on the lab assignments and photos from the lab assignments.
